Bruh this When We Were Yo ung Festival conspiracy theory stuff is insane and honestly a little disappointing.
On one hand I understand hating Live Nation. But like I hate them cause they're a near monopoly on the industry.
But here's a couple really concerning things I'm seeing.
1) False information is spreading ridiculously fast. People are running with whatever they think sounds right/sounds good/is outrage inducing. Like Live Nation doing this for cash to pay for Astroworld settlements. Like Live Nation is a gigantic corporation that has a huge market cap and definitely has a legal team and legal funds. They don't need to do this to deal with it and there's no real way to know what will come of the lawsuits.
2) We made fun of our parents and boomers for finding one story on Facebook and spreading it/preaching it as fact when we in turn are doing the same thing. It's insane how people aren't even LOOKING INTO the conspiracy theories people are preaching to know just how stupid it is.
All in all very disappointed by how all this has gone down.
