Some family stuff came up so I'm making up for it :) the sharks are swimming so I figured I would do a work out video :O a lot of people have been asking for naked work out stuff and today I was going to do a leg day so... Lots of fun angles for that one~ the makings of a muscle mommy~ history in progress! Thoughts? I am still early in my return to strength training but it might be kinda cool to like... record my progress?
