But learning to embrace all of you, all of your moments, all of the happiness, all of the heartache, all of the fear, all of the triggers, all of the anger, all of the resentment and what each is teaching you. How can you transmute those moments and emotions and be present in them instead of push them down for later?!? That is when real healing, growth and transformation is able to take place. ❤️❤️❤️ Love all of you today(and everyday) and I will too.
