It was built in 1925 by a rich citrus farmer & said to now be haunted by the family. Creepy thing is the whole Howey family is buried in a crypt in the back yard. It was recently sold for 480k and it will be renovated for 1 million by the new owner. They used to let people spend the night for a few thousand dollars. Very cool house! It even has its own Wikipedia page!
