


💪 DAY 13 of my 30-day Becky's Bomb Ass Body Challenge COMPELTE ✅️ Today, I started with a 20-minute run on the treadmill 💦 It is an abs day for me, so we started in with some weighted sit ups ⚡️ Those definitely had my abs burning 🥵 I love the inclined lower ab machine. It works my lower abs so well, and I think the equipment makes it fun to do in general 😄 Something that really helped me to feel a deep stretch through my entire torso was hanging by my hands from a bar. My whole spine was decompressed, and it felt so good after working my abs 🔥 I finished my workout by hitting the hydromassage to massage all of my hard-working muscles and help with recovery 💆♀️ See you tomorrow!💋 For the next 30 days, I am hitting the gym to plump my ass and firm my body into a tight fitting cock pocket!💦
