My experience shows me that it always comes back to developing our intuition and expanding our awareness - breaking down any barriers that keep us boxed in, unable to see beyond our lens. Your echo chamber - whether that is the thoughts within your own mind *or* your community - may be what imprisons you. So how do we navigate this? The path to healing (aka liberation) is to dismantle the constructs to which we've been taught and conditioned to believe in order to hear the truth of the heart. Our own body's innate wisdom. We are midway through a spiritual Renaissance of sorts. Not quite on the other side. We have lived in a severe state of imbalance - culturally only embracing what we believe to be logic, intelligence, and even science - while we obliterate the feminine, and lose touch with our inner truth and intuition. Our inner compass has been hijacked which has lead to a 'nation' of enslavement. So how well do you know yourself? Do you trust your body’s intelligence to understand what is best for you? Are you allowing unhealed trauma (and your shadow self) to steer the ship? Do you often feel stuck and unable to navigate your life? Do you even know what ignites your passions and desires? There is no judgment here when I ask these questions, because I will say with sincerity that I am often asking myself the same questions. Where and what is my authentic desire? And how to I use that to fuel my path to empowerment? So what I hope for most - for myself and for all - is that we are able to *feel* and to *know* that "knowledge is a rumor until it lives in the body" - We will only be healed when we can trust our own body's intelligence, which will guide us to make the best choices for ourselves. And only then can we bring harmony to the Earth. It always starts with you.
