Had some people asking about my diet—so let me tell you what..

Had some people asking about my diet—so let me tell you what it is:

This is pretty much what I eat on a daily basis:
• BREAKFAST
1. 3-6 whole eggs cooked in 1 tbs raw butter
2. 1 cup raw milk with 1tbs raw local honey
3. 1-2 cups of fruit (mango, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, pears, oranges, melon) just depends on the day
4. 1 oz blueberry vanilla goat cheese
5. 0.5-1 oz raw beef liver

• LUNCH
1. Burgers (80/20) about 8-10 oz of ground beef
2. 2 oz hard or raw cheese
3. 1 cup fruit and 1-2 tbs honey

SMALL MEAL
1. 1 cup Greek full fat yogurt or kefir
2. 2-3 cups frozen strawberries (I freeze myself)
3. Honey for sweetness (to taste)

DINNNER
1. Steak (oz vary, but I try to finish my protein off)
(If fatty, no butter added. If not fatty, then I melt butter and dip it)
2. Sweet potato (very rarely) fries peeled and fried in beef tallow (this is if I want some more carbs but don't want fruit)
Or
1. Fried chicken thighs (crushed pork rinds cosmating the chicken thighs and then fried in beef tallow)

This is typically what I eat day in and day out with some variations in it here and there.
