I think a lot of you are missing the big fat elephant in the room which is my eating disorder and how terrible of an experience that can be and that’s okay. I don’t expect anyone to understand that, I’m not mad at any of you. But going forward I do not want to be given methods of exercise or diet. I’m getting surgery, if you don’t like it I won’t force you to stay but it’s always going to be my body my choice ❤️
