It has taken me a long time to fully accept this as I used to gain weight and hide in loose fitting clothing, I wouldn’t wear a bikini and I certainly wouldn’t let anyone take my photo. Over the last few years of being an IG model, I have learnt to carry on regardless. I have found that I have struggled to maintain healthy eating with the hustle and bustle of working 9-5, then being a mum and a model. Right or wrong, my frame of mine just has not been able to get to the right place to properly loose the weight that I keep gaining. My old counselling tutor once said to that ‘loosing weight was obviously not what I wanted the most, if I was unable to do it, there must be something else I want more’. I was angry about this at the time but then I understood what she meant. Food was what I wanted more, I comfort eat when I’m tired, stressed, busy. This has been my downfall over the last few years but I am not ashamed of my body and the extra pounds I carry now. I love it no matter what and the sets we keep shooting are sexy regardless of my size. I see others that I love hiding themselves away because they don’t accept their bodies no matter what. Wearing long dresses to the beach in the summer or jeans on really hot days. So to them and anyone else hiding their bodies because they feel ashamed, you are #beautiful no matter what, your lumps and bumps don’t change that. Loose weight if you wish, after all extra weight does put added pressure on your body and your overall health, but your body deserves your #acceptance no matter what. I have decided that now is the right time for me to finally loose weight, I am getting too heavy and the strain on my joints needs reducing, so I have just joined #weightwatchers again. They helped me last time, see the 2013 pic, when 7 years ago, I lost 5 stone in 6 months. I have gained and lost weight over the last few years without WW, sometimes loosing a few stone on my own and have been very happy but this time I need help as I struggle to focus with my busy life. I need meal ideas and to be on a journey with others for extra support that will make me stick to it 😊💋🌹 @ukenglishrose
