Turkey has an amino acid called triptophan. This amino acid can promote relaxation and is even known to cause drowsiness! Besides good ole turkey, here are a few things that help me maintain a good sleep schedule:
1. Chamomile tea. Chamomile tea is known to help you relax and reduce stress
2. Turn off notifications/turn on do not disturb 45 minutes prior to bedtime.
3. Limit light exposure

I started shopping at my local farmers markets and it’s gotten me to try all types vegetables I wouldn’t usually try at the regular grocery store. Incorporating different foods in your diet allows you to expand the nutrients you get in the form of minerals and electrolytes! Today I got muscadine grapes which is a local grape thats commonly used to make wines here 😋

I just made the yummiest papaya smoothie and honestly might go back for more after googling how many calories are in a cup of papaya (I’ll spoil it for you, only 60!!) 😍 Here’s the recipe:
Papaya Smoothie:
1 cup papaya
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
A splash of vanilla
