I feel like I owe you guys an explanation of why I haven't been here and what the actual fuck is going on: Recently (about two months ago? beginning of November so I guess three) my roommate lost her job and I was left to take care of most of our finances. She had saved up a bit, but I've been filling in for rent for the last three months. While all this has been going on, I've been picking up some extra work, doing some extra jobs, and pretty much just trying to make ends meeet, on the impression that she's been "applying for jobs," and "going on interviews..." So, I've been giving her some grace in paying me back for all of that. I am by no means a wealthy person, so I obviously knew (and made it clear to her) that this wouldn't be able to last, but I wanted to help because I've been there before; dirt fucking poor with literally nowhere to go, trying to sell *any* of my belongings to try and make ends meeet. Well, about a week or two ago, I found out that none of this was true. That she *had not* been going on job interviews, that she *wasn't* applying. I found out that she'd been living (with I guess her parents?) rent free. She's been fucking about, partying, and prioritizing her social life rather than her responsibilities. *Yesterday,* I found out that she is moving out ~completely~ and is leaving me with 100% of the rent, utilities, etc... for the next *seven* months. She has made it clear that she does not want to help me find a new roommate, and she will not help me pay the break lease fee (so that I could potentially find a new, cheaper apartment) She will simply be moving out with all of her things and leaving me with the lease. So anyways, that's the brief synopsis of why I haven't been on here as much. What I intend to do about this: WELL, bad news for one person could mean good news for another: I might be able to make this work if I post a paid set at least once a week. (I know it might be a little ambitious, but honestly if it works out, I think I'll be okay.) Also, no roommate issues means more time to do my own thing!! I can answer more of y'all's DMs and be posting here more often. :) I know the next question is gonna be "well what can I do?" the answer is simple: a couple things. keep supporting the content that you enjoy, unlock sets, tip, and leave likes and comments under things that you like. Under this post, leave ideas for sets that you’d like to see me make! I love hearing your ideas so let me know what y’all want to see next! But seriously, Thank you guys for being so patient and kind and supportive. Most of all, thank you guys for understanding.
