Flying home today from NY! taking care of my mom this past week has been a lot.. we had some fun and relaxed a bit but.. it was really hard the rest of the time 😕thank you for hanging out and being patient with me while I handle my life stuffs 🙌🏻 See you soon with some fun new content 😏

It has been so hot that I have been putting off my garden for far too long! I finally made it back to the gym after too many months. Physical therapy, being a new puppy mom, and just life in general has gotten in the way of my gym time. But my doctor says that it’s important for me to get back to working out regularly 🙌🏻 So here I am 😅 pushing through and figuring it out as I go 😌 I hope you are working on you when you can because no one else is going to know your body better that you 😏 I hope you have done something positive for yourself this week and if you have I would love to hear about it in the comments!
