Exercise challenge! I challenge YOU to hold a side plank on one side for 45 seconds, then traditional plank for 45 seconds, and then the other side for 45 seconds. Take a 1 minute break, and so this over again? Can you do it? If not, do 30 seconds each time! :) No worries if you can’t - try this every other day or so, do what you can, and you’ll feel your abs getting stronger as time progresses! 💕 (Fun fact: you do NOT have to train the same muscles every day! Giving them a day break in between actually allows them to start rebuilding and healing so that the next time you work them, they’ll be rested AND already starting to tighten up or grow (women will naturally lean out, men will see more size - the level of testosterone in each sex determines this, so ladies - do NOT worry about getting bulky. You won’t. Bulking for women can only be done very deliberately and takes FAR more work than you can imagine, haha.)
