Happy flash Friday! I know this isn’t the standard flashing photo, but today is Friday the 13th after all, so the norm can go out the window 😃. I’m from Oregon as most of you know, I think.... if you didn’t, you do now! Public nudity is mostly legal. We are famous for our naked bike ride protests, as well as naked airport protests. You don’t have to be protesting something in order for it to be legal. We have nude beaches, and bath houses, where you can be naked to your hearts content. There hasn’t been a concert I’ve been to that didn’t involve some flashing of body parts. On numerous occasions have been out bar hopping on a Friday night and seen genitalia exposed on the streets, be it someone who is homeless or just some rando whacking it. I have even seen cops shrug their shoulders at the site of nudity, like “just another day in Portland”. As long as you are naked with no intent to arouse you can walk down the streets proudly flaunting your breasts and genitalia.
