Woke up with sore muscles on this rainy day, so I did a quick morning yoga flow video. Definitely not my favorite flow sequence I’ve ever done, but my body felt looser and ready for the day after I was done.

G ot a bunch of schoolwork done this morning so I rewarded myself (and you guys I hope haha) with some swim time. Tragically I forgot to sunscreen my stomach 😬 but still a great afternoon. Happy Monday!

In my lazy outfit today because I STILL have this sinus infection. It feels like it’s been an eternity but it’s only been about ten days and I started antibiotics yesterday so I’m hoping to be back to normal very soon. In the meantime, I hope you like me in sweats 😅

I’ve been dealing with a sinus infection since Monday so I’ve been pretty low-energy this week, but I’m finally starting to feel a bit better today. Just got back from a dog walk but I’m staying in and resting for the rest of the night so I can hopefully jump back into my routine tomorrow. I hope you’re enjoying the weekend ☺️

Happy May!! I have the afternoon off today so I’m running some errands and doing some chores and here’s the fit. I’m really excited for this month because I’m starting school and lightening up my work schedule at the end of it. May has always felt like such a transitional month and I’m continuing that trend this year I guess haha. Wishing you a lovely month too 🦋

S oooo I took an unexpected hiatus to handle some mental health stuff, but I’m back now and I am so appreciative of everyone who stuck around while I handled my life.
